This place is nice. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. I always like it when they have everything to make a sausage McMuffin. They did have some really good mini scones and cinnamon rolls. It's in a good location right off the interstate but far enough away that you can't hear it. As an introvert, I love the Hilton app. I can book my room, check in, have a key sent to my phone, and check out without having to interact with anyone. I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating to any requests I had. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It’s clear that the team here truly cares about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! Sarah the receptionist was amazing and super accommodating.
Worst place i’ve ever been to. the management was horrible and couldn’t find my room at first. Turns out they double booked
Room service broke down my door like the swat team and forced me to make my own bed and made me cry
One guest upset about hidden/unclear extra fees (e.g. deposit “for possible items”). Discomfort due to odors in public/hallway areas. Housekeeping/cleaning details lacking: stains, smells, worn carpeting. Breakfast not consistent; sometimes running out or not replenishing food in time. Some guests felt the room amenities / furniture were dated or in need of repair.
