The front desk lady Valeria made a large scene with a fake claim that one of the guests at the hotel assaulted her, I even witnessed her call the police over it and was quickly dismissed after the guest had video proof with a combination of security camera footage showing that she was lying. This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever seen in my entire life, a 1 star isn’t even enough I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
WE EXPERIENCED SEVERE DISCRIMINATION AT THIS HOTEL!!! Valeria at the front desk made false claims that she was harassed by us. The manager was shown a video that showed that this did not happen, but they chose to kick us out at 10pm. We were unable to find alternate reservations in the area. In addition to the false claims, the rooms smelled horrible and the bananas and food in the breakfast were rotten. Save yourselves the trouble and find somewhere else to stay.
