Love Hampton Inn &Suites. Great hotel, always clean and great staff. Have stayed here several times in the past 10years. Breakfast buffet in all the hotels need an upgrade. The food is ok. Needs to be cooked better. Waffles are always good. The eggs are always overdone, cheese is always burnt when they have the egg wrap. Sausages should be all the same cuts so they cook better. Not a large piece and then a tiny one that’s overcooked. Someone needs to care about their job more.

This will be my New go to place, next time I'm in the area. The rooms are really quiet so you can rest. Decent hot breakfast. Gym is ok.

Rooms and towels were clean. Pool was cold but also clean, gym had variety and was tidey. Only complaint was the complimentary breakfast. Minimal variety and the weirdest egg option ive ever seen. Usually I expect a simple powdered scrambled egg but they offered flat powdered egg circles or "rounds"? That were worse than simple powdered eggs. Also prepackaged boiled eggs instead of simply having "fresh" hard boiled eggs.

There are hidden fees. They charge a $5.00 fee per day for a "PARKING FACILITY" not to park your car but to help pay for the parking lot, sidewalks and building paint. The first time it was charged they told me if I booked through the Hilton app I would not be charged. However, the following time i booked I did use their app the fee was charged. I called their customer service office and said it is on the web site, course you do have to look for it. Hidden fees are not acceptable. Put it in the room rate. This is simply a tr... read more
