The stay was not bad at all, looks like a decent place to stay but the service idk, we got charged twice for 1 room, my partner and I didn't stay the whole night but when we headed to check out, they said they couldn't check us out till later that morning who knows for what reason but I was just upset that they charged us twice &making excuses to refund one of the charges!
Room was clean, but there was food from the privous guest in the fridge. It sat there for a while…disgusting!
Clean enough, but the vibe was "lesser" than other Hampton Inns. I was charged $5 more than advertised because I needed to book through their phone line, $5 for parking (ridiculously large lot in the middle of field) and as a Hilton Honors member I was given the room that backed on the elevator (loud and constant). Stayed at HI 4 nights previous, with a much better experience.
I came to this hotel because they got good reviews 4.5. I travel for work and do everything on reviews where it's food or hotels anything above 4 I'll go. My room is clean nice restaurants around customer service was great the young lady at the front desk named Kaniya was great..👍🏾
Decent place to stay thats close to DC. Easy to access off the highway. Rooms were clean. However, there was what appeared to be homeless people outside during the day. Also..parking is not free (fraudulent advertising) though it is only a nominal fee.
