Protect yourself and do not book here. I just called to book a room for the end of May. It is early March. AFTER giving my credit card information, the agent told me there was a no cancellation policy. I told him immediately after hearing this that I did not want the room because I needed to be 100% and it was months away. He responded with transferring me. Service has always been great at this location...until I met a young lady at the front desk who is in desperate need of a customer service refresher course with a dose of sensitivity training... Felt more like a Dmv then a four star hotel experience...didn't catch her name ...tall thin light skin African American black young lady eyeglasses long black braids locked hair style...IF YOU DONT LIKE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC FIND ANOTHER CAREER CHOICE ..respectfully EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT ...DESPITE RENOVATIONS godbless
We had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn Horsham! The hotel was clean and perfectly located, but the service truly set it apart. We had some unexpected changes to our travel plans, and the Front Office Manager, Tea Scott, was incredibly accommodating. Tea handled our request with such kindness and efficiency, making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless.
