I made reservations on September 17th for two connecting rooms for October 24th. I called the hotel and specifically asked for connecting rooms, which I made reservations for. When we checked into the hotel, I was told there were no connecting rooms ready. This was at 3:00pm. I was told it would be awhile before connecting rooms were ready. So, we got two separate rooms. This is an older hotel and doesn’t seem to have been maintained very well. The night staff were very rude, but the morning staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bathroom door didn’t shut all the way without being very forceful with it. The toilet in one of our rooms wouldn’t flush. The only thing they offered was to move the people in that room. We had a big group and two rooms and they wouldn’t accommodate keeping our group together if they moved the group with the broken toilet. We were told before checking in that we ... read more

This place needs to be shut down and fumigated for bugs. The first room was covered in ants and the second room ant's invaded the next night. The manager was a coward and would not speak to me. The front desk clerk had to handle it. She was great and did want she could. The manager needs to take pride and show some leadership dealing with problems. Never again!!!!!!!!
