I want to add that the morning I went to check out there was no one on duty at the front desk. There was a sign that said they would be back shortly but they apparently left the building. I watched a carload of customers leave because no one was on duty and I had to wait 15-20 minutes until the next shift arrived before I could turn in my key card and get my receipt.
This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in the past year traveling through. The front desk staff is always amazing to me. Check in is always fast and I’m always treated Amazingly. Danesha is a great asset for this team.
This hotel could be so much more if they paid more attention to details and cleaning and maintenance. There were holes in the wall, mold around the edges of the bathroom and unfinished upgrade projects. I was supposed to be back next month, but canceled my reservation and will stay elsewhere.
