Sharon rocks!!!! We needed to find an ADA room and she helped me find one suitable for my family member by walking to each one and looking at them until we found the right fit.
Hotel need to be updated
I don't know how anyone can say they had a decent stay at this place! Location and Staff...that we did encounter...are the only things I can't complain about...although I did have to wait a solid 10 min..along with other guests for someone to show up at the front desk on a Sat morning. This place is in desperate need of a renovation! The carpet is filthy! And the walls...look like paint is smeared over dirty spots...especially in the room we stayed in! Lexi P. At the front desk is always amazing, I usually stay here when I’m in town, the rooms are great and this hotel is in the perfect area. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
