My stay here was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Amber at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel like a valued guest. She was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making my stay a great experience. It's rare to come across someone who provides such outstanding customer service, and it really made a difference. Thank You!

I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn in Vineland a few times now (including back in 2021), and I chose it again because it’s been consistently solid for me. The rooms are a bit dated — definitely more “mid” than modern — but everything works. The window AC unit ran strong, the room stayed quiet, and the beds were comfortable. There are some minor cosmetic issues around the window frames and wallpaper that look like past moisture wear, and the lighting fixtures feel a little old school. I didn't want to give them a bad review but like I told management it is in the way you handle and respond to an issue and not always the initial problem. When we walked into the room it smelled musty. My wife and I immediately checked the windows and noticed this room 204 and the adjoining room 203 were covered in black mold. I knew on a Saturday night and multiple weddings here that the chances of switching to another set of adjoining rooms was not going to be possible. I raised concerns to the front desk manager. Rooms are in terrible shape. Started off being placed in connecting rooms with RAMPANT MOLD in it. Pics attached. The staff's initial response was to bleach the walls while we were out and then keep us there. After I refused we were moved into "upgraded" suites across the hall from each other. The A/C in our room didn't work and kept resetting after 30 minutes of use. Even worse our 2nd room the toilet didn't flush all the way. This place is adequate. I've stayed in a number of Hampton Inn's over the years and have always been happy with my choice. This one is in dire need of renovation. It feels old and tired. The bed made an actual crunching sound. The couch was mushy and difficult to get out of. And these days most hotels have decent device charging areas. Not this one! PLUS every single floor's ice machine was out of order!! Seriously?!?!
