My stay here was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Amber at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made me feel like a valued guest. She was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making my stay a great experience. It's rare to come across someone who provides such outstanding customer service, and it really made a difference. Thank You!

I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn in Vineland a few times now (including back in 2021), and I chose it again because it’s been consistently solid for me. The rooms are a bit dated — definitely more “mid” than modern — but everything works. The window AC unit ran strong, the room stayed quiet, and the beds were comfortable. There are some minor cosmetic issues around the window frames and wallpaper that look like past moisture wear, and the lighting fixtures feel a little old school. The double queen room was surprisingly large. It had one big room with a separate couch sitting area also a work desk. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was attended to daily like making beds , removing trash & fresh towels which was a plus. The front desk folks were friendly and seemed appreciative upon our arrival. The lady at breakfast was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast had a variety of items. We'll stay again at this property and definitely recommend it

This place is adequate. I've stayed in a number of Hampton Inn's over the years and have always been happy with my choice. This one is in dire need of renovation. It feels old and tired. The bed made an actual crunching sound. The couch was mushy and difficult to get out of. And these days most hotels have decent device charging areas. Not this one! PLUS every single floor's ice machine was out of order!! Seriously?!?!

I called the Hampton Inn ahead of time specifically to ask if the pool was open, and I was told yes. When we arrived, the pool had chunks of some unidentified substance floating in it and was clearly not usable. We were told someone “might” come clean it, but no one ever did. That was extremely disappointing since pool time was one of the main reasons for booking the stay. On top of that, the room smelled strongly like mildew, and the bathroom sink was broken.
