Marcel was great! His warm welcome, humor, and customer service were top notch. The rooms were clean but could use some deep cleaning like wiping the headboards and wooden doors for fingerprints. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and I felt safe and welcomed.

We have stayed at this location probably 5-6 over the past two years while traveling out of town. I don’t stay anywhere else. The atmosphere and staff alone are what brings me back. The front staff is always welcoming, the rooms are clean, the pool is inside, and it is located perfectly. Not to mention that heroics checking, they are usually the cheapest between Vineland and Millville. Mr Marcel, the manager, is a family guy and treats you and your family like his own. I had a shoulder arthroplasty at Inspira, and decided to stay the evening here at the Hampton Suites. There are several other choices available, but the reviews I read pointed to the superiority of Hampton. We got the king room with whirlpool tub, which my wife spent about 2 hours in, it was great! There is a little shop to pick up some drinks and snacks, which was so convenient, The manager checked us in and was super nice

The entire staff at this hotel was exceptional. Dan from the front desk is one of the kindest people! We had a seamless check in, and he was so helpful in recommending places to us since we are not from the area. He always greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome! He is truly one of the best staff members I have encountered at a hotel in a long time.

Stayed 3 nights. Checked in late Thu night. We had to request room service at 5pm on Fri. Then, on Sat, returned late to find we had no water, just sludge. Maintenance guy showed up at 11pm and he complained that housekeeping sometimes turns off the water... well, they could not have done so because they never cleaned that day! He never came back like he said he would. Sun 5am phone led to front desk telling me I have an attitude because she comp'd me one day.
