This a great Hampton Inn — clean, efficient, and friendly. The best part of my stay is always Nick at the front desk. He is Mr Hospitality!! He is gracious and kind. I wish there were more Nicks in the world!
Took off a star for (1) the sliding closet doors were not on their tracks, (2) there was no shower gel in the shower, and (3) the window coverings were not in good working order. Also, every other Hampton Inn has hard-boiled eggs on their breakfast bar...but not this one...
The room we stayed in smelled like old musty dog. The funny thing was we had are dog with us. Lobby and grounds were nice. Breakfast was ok.
I stayed at the Hampton Inn last night primarily to get away from the loud construction noise next door to my house. I just wanted a quiet, good night's rest. (The Positive) Everything went smoothly during check-in, and I got to my room around 4:00 PM. Around 7:00 PM, I called the attendant at the front desk and asked for a couple of snacks, a soda, and a water from their lobby snack bar. Excellent facility, staff, breakfast place, all were professional, friendly, and just top of the line.
