Beautiful hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location in the City of Vero Beach which is a lovely bit of old Florida.
Great hotel and friendly staff. Carpet was a little questionable in my room but thats all hotels these days. Your own fault if you walk around a hotel room barefoot 🤣
Our top floor suite with a balcony was exceptional! Fairly recently updated with modern, sparkling and expansive spaces for dining-in, sleeping, bathing, and entertaining. Probably the very best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. Convenient and quiet downtown location, yet moments to Rt 1 and all the conveniences one would need. The digital key and registration process was most convenient. Planning to return in 2026.
I had a very bad experience with the water.. The waterWhen I put it in the bathtub was brown and greenish notified the front desk.They did move my room, but it didn't matter.The water was still bad in all the rooms that we went to move into. A few days in, they said that they had fixed a problem, which did not fix a problem.The water was still brown and nasty, and it was just nothing but a lie from the front desk.Which is very upsetting. Everything was excellent as it always has been with the exception of the check in attendant, who was preoccupied by her phone.
