This location is ideal with Pinchers restaurant right across the street. The breakfast was wonderful. We stayed in a king suite which was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The reason for three stars instead of more is that the extra blanket in the closet had stains on it. The second reason is that the water does NOT get hot. I called the front desk to inquire about it and was told someone would get back with me. That never happened. Very nice Hampton Inn near two good seafood places-Pinchers & Dockside Waterfront. Clean, quiet, safe. Good hot breakfast. Cheerful staff.
Stayed for 2 nights in a suite. Hotel is updated, very clean. Love the lobby area, very welcoming. Beds were comfortable. We got a suite which was very nice. Loved the fridge/ freezer and the bar sitting area. It was nice that there was a sink in the bathroom as well as one with a larger counter and mirror outside the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good and all staff encountered were very friendly and welcoming.
Modern hotel, friendly staff, convenient to Venice...just realize that it is on a quirky loop road, and the safest way to head south to Venice is to actually head north at the divided four lane highway and then make the first u turn. A traffic light would have been helpful. Loved the Pinchers restaurant nearby.
