Hotels in renovations. They made sure to put us on that side with the air conditioner broken. Room and hallway disgusting. Holes in the floor when walking in the part being renovated. We are hilton members and this location states Hampton inn at the hilton. Dark roadway to get to place. Unsafe and irresponsible. Had to ask for another room, took almost an hour, mind we had gotten there around 1 AM. She finally gets us in another room, which was already renovated yet that room was dirty. Absolute dump. Renovations are supposed to make places nicer
Unfortunately the hotel was having some "construction" work done, we weren't told prior to arrival, exterior and corridors were all having work done although the room was as you would expect, clean tidy and well presented, staff were helpful and friendly
This hotel is undergoing huge renovation.
