This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. The place is being renovated. Of course, the Hilton app fails to mention that.
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and it has always been great especially since we travel with our dog. However, this past visit was horrible and we will not be coming back. Over the past year, my husband and I have stayed in this hotel 4 times. All 4 stays the hotel has been under construction which was fine. The biggest problem with the stay is that the hotel lawn and dog areas have become infested with sand spurs. The employees are seriously outstanding at this hotel! The breakfast crew couldn't be any better as well as the front desk staff. The housekeeper on floor one had a super personality and she was efficient. Certainly appreciate the real Oatmeal as opposed to instant, the fresh fruit and the herb tea (caffeine free) option. Under construction! Avoid 4th floor! My room unfortunately was on 4th room. Construction right next to the elevator. Like a building site. Awful. Smoke, dirty floors , alarms going off. Construction workers everywhere. No ice on 4th floor. Absolutely disaster . Should be closed . The entire 4th floor should be off limits . Got to be a health hazard. Disgraceful that it’s open to the public and rooms being assigned. Not what I expected from Hiltons Hampton inns. Terrible!!!
Exceptional front desk service. Hotel under renovation. Very convenient to I75. Entrance to hotel is not near the sign, same entrance as conference center.
