The stay could have been extremely better but sadly it was disappointing. Had a 4 day stay due to workshops and meetings. Best thing to do is to start with the pros Pros: Great location with several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Front desk personnel were extremely friendly. If attending a event at the convention center its right across the street. Depending on speed of walk you can walk there in about 1 minute. Although under renovation, the team was very responsive and polite. Upon check in, Jay Jay was great in getting us set up with extra bedding. We had an issue Friday night and Traycee was phenomenal all weekend in helping us sort that out. She was very accommodating and heard us out and ensured we were taken care of.
Stay away. Place is under construction, pool is down, staff looks like carnival workers....
The hotel itself is nice, but I’m on a work trip, and I work nights. Nowhere on the website while I was booking did it say they were doing renovations. Otherwise, I wouldn’t book here. I haven’t slept enough all week because the construction is so loud.
I reserved a 1 king with sofa suite with the larger sofa, which was advertised on the website. Upon arrival, the staff informed me that since this location is under renovation, the larger sofas have long been removed. They could never explain why they advertised on a product they could not provide. Also, the quality here is substandard, to say the least, for a Hampton Inn. There are better options all around. I would never come here again nor would I recommend this location to anyone
