Not impressed. First the room was advertised on Expedia as two queens and a pull out sofa. Necessary for my family of 6. Get there and they put us in a room with only two queens. I address this with front desk- zero empathy, she blames it on Expedia and says Expedia falsely advertises rooms all the time and she can’t help me except to give us a rollout bed. the water didnt get hot in our room or in the hot tub. there was a bunch of little kids screaming running through the halls and slamming doors until about 1045 pm. Those same kids were at the pool unsupervised all the way, coming into the hot tub while their parents who whoever was with them sat on the other end...these were kids under 8 but not younger than 2...then finally after about 30 minutes one set of the parents came and the guy pulled the girl onto his lap in front of us and these kids to start humping her in the ho... read more
