The customer service at this hotel is the reason why I intentionally seek out staying here monthly for work. 3 months of consistency I can confidently say that Kayleigh is the upmost professional, kind, engaging and thoughtful concierge. Stayed here 4/1/26-4/3/26. Checked in after a little wait. The lady at the front desk was by herself and helping a few people so no big deal. She was working hard, super nice, and very helpful. Our room was pretty clean but smelled like a dog kennel. Went to talk to the front desk but she was still helping others so we just drove to the store and bought some Fabreze and hosed the joint down. This hotel was one of the worst we stayed in during our entire trip. In the chat via the app, we were promised a check-in time of 3 pm. When we arrived, the room wasn't ready, and they couldn't tell us when it would be cleaned. The explanation: "That is another department." As if that department were on the moon! We immediately canceled our planned second night. Thankfully, because the mattresses were so worn out they gave us back pain.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt I needed to share. The second we walked into the hotel room, it smelled like poop, and the smell got even worse near the bathroom. At first we didn’t see anything, but after going to wash my hands, I noticed something smeared on the inside of the bathroom sliding door frame.
