Nice to stay in a place where everything works. At the outlet mall and right off the interstate so the location is great. Rooms are nicely decorated with the normal amenities. Breakfast has a broad selection. Friendly, efficient staff.

This Hampton Inn is just as classy and polished as the hotel’s reputation. The location is conveniently just off I-10. It sits atop a hill within walking distance of Tucson Premium Outlets. Unfortunately, it’s not within walking distance of any restaurants (unless the meager options at the outlet mall are actually open, which they usually aren’t). Honestly, this is such a nice Hampton Inn and easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had in the Tucson area. The location is perfect since it's right by the outlet mall, making it super convenient to get around. My room was amazing—really clean and comfortable—and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming. It wasn't overly busy when I stayed, which gave the whole place a really peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star stay and I'll absolutely book here again next time I'm in town!

Don't let them put you in or near room 206! It is right above the boilers and they go on and off all night making a grumbling pump sound that defies sleep. It you are totally deaf, you will like the room. We both had ear plugs in all night but the sound is so low frequency that the ear plugs barely dampened it. We just tossed and turned from 10pm to 6am when we finally gave up and left.
