Our room was clean and staff was friendly.
Great location for visiting the Toledo Glass Bowl. The person at the front desk could have been nicer (first impressions). The room we booked was not available for some reason. They made a reasonable accommodation and gave us two rooms (not connected but that was ok). The room was clean and the free breakfast is always a draw.

Complete embarrassment to Hampton Inn. Ongoing construction was completely unsupervised and off code. Loud, dusty, broken down lobby. But the real problem is they had no hot water for four days in a row, kept lying to customers about "repairs." Tried to avoid any responsibility (refused compensation until they were overwhelmed by furious patrons). Stay at the lovely hotels next door, this place is toxic!
