This hotel is still relatively new. The floors were jacked up just before you entered the elevator and in the elevator. When checking in clerk was lovely, but our checkout clerk wasn't. Her attitude once one of her coworkers came out, changed but beforehand, she acted like we were bothering her . We were just trying to check out. After a coworker came out, you would have thought she was a different person entirely. She was polite and helpful. My husband was like, "What do you think that was about? I have no clue.
Very nice but never been to a motel that doesn't have ESPN. Lots of infomercial channels.
The halls smelled a little like weed) before I started and nobody complained
Rented 2 Suites which were extremely nice and spacious. However, my experience with the staff and front desk worker was horrific. The overall customer service at this hotel should be analyzed by management immediately. I will never visit this hotel again.
