As a Hilton Diamond member, five stars is not enough. After traveling for weeks, I reserved a room here. As I went to wash/dry my clothing, the washer was not working in the guest laundry room. Amy at the front desk came to the laundry room and checked the machine with unsuccessful effort. Amy offered to wash and dry my clothing in the downstairs hotel laundry room. A great hotel that I think was renovated. The rooms were very nice and very clean. Breakfast was good and had good options. Will definitely stay again. Also the front desk worker was incredible. Was very kind and even though she needed help being the only person there at night she was able to handle everything.

Very clean. Room had everything needed. Well kept property. The employee working behind the desk when we checked in was extremely busy with guests checking in, phone calls, etc., but she handled everything with professionalism, courtesy and kept smiling. I believe her name was Margaret. Would definitely recommend.
