I appreciate that very much. I was told my credit card would reflect only charges for one room and a refund for the second. Let's start with the positives. Great customer service, check-in went smooth, and front desk attendant was very knowledgeable about the area and friendly. The indoor pool was perfect for an evening swim in February. And the mattresses are uber comfy if you like soft needs. Now... let's dig into the things that the employees here can't control but need to be fixed. The heating/ cooling unit barely works. The room stayed at 70 all night, so I didn't sleep very well.
