Excellent service and accommodations. Free covered parking and valet a plus for me. Late checkouts a non-issue for members. Breakfast buffet options are ok, but if I had to pick an area to improve that would be it.
I made a booking over the phone got an email confirming the booking and when I showed up they did not honor it and made me pay additional to stay. They blamed the Hilton reservation rep for messing up and would not take responsibility and honor my reservation email.
Hotel was nice location convenient. Room was not so great. A/C stopped working our last night. No dressers,no safe, no microwave in room.
