Great location but this hotel has bed bugs. We stayed in room 210 and came home with bed bugs shortly after. We have had no other visitors, friends, or anything out of the ordinary routine besides staying here.
Everything was cool until I woke up with several bug bites on me. Instead of them only sending room service once every 4 days they should change To DAILY.
You have to pay to park at the hotel and there aren’t that many spots.
Khemist Green was very helpful.
Paid for parking with a qr code for the stay. Came back from dinner and the lot was full. Security guard directed us to park across the street and pay for an additional spot and we'll get a refund. He was cordial, the next morning went to ask about the parking, front desk said you gotta do that yourself, what a joke. ZERO COMPASSION for the guests. Not an apology or care in the world about the selling more spots than they had.
