I chose this Hampton Inn location because of the proximity to the cruise port and the fact that they offer a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. I haven’t completed my stay yet, but I feel like the hotel deserves five stars because I had an issue with my reservation as I made a mistake when booking. I called the hotel directly and they were very kind and changed my reservation for me. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, with trolly access into old Ybor and downtown. Nice facility, clean and updated rooms, friendly staff! The only ding is for accessing the main door, but that's a gripe for Google Maps, not the hotel itself.
