Excellent service as always, everything is top notch!
I stayed at this Hampton Inn over the weekend for work, and the service and overall management were unacceptable. Both nights, a large group of underage kids screamed, ran through the hallways, and slammed doors until past 3 am.. I notified the front desk multiple times with no resolution. The same group completely disrupted the breakfast area both mornings, making it impossible to enjoy the included breakfast. Im here right now and I have to say this is the most UNCOMFORTABLE bed ever, its hard as a rock. The a/c is very loud and woke me during night due to sounded like a plane taking off. And you can hear everything in the hallway, there is about an inch & a half space at the bottom of the room door so light comes in with all the sound. I definetly can NOT recommend staying here. Also the so-called black out blind allows the morning sun light to come in on the sides making room nice and bright (designer failed on this one). Way o... read more
