I had the best experience in customer service thanks to Alejandra, she is the best and Daki super efficient and attentive to what i needed, great experience. I give 5 ☆☆☆☆☆. Always stay there because of the conform that Hapmton Inn, at Brandom .
My stay at the Hampton Inn on Causeway was disappointing. The air conditioning in the room was broken, the lamp beside the bed did not work, and the refrigerator was set so cold that everything froze. The breakfast was also poor - the grits and potatoes were especially unpleasant. The one bright spot was Kendra at the front desk. She was kind, positive, and always accommodating. Her excellent service was greatly appreciated despite the problems with the room and food.
Great location to everything!
