A little disappointed. I chatted with Gina at the front desk to pre confirm my room was pool/Lakeview and was told it was, it was not (618 side is NOT pool/lakeview). Asked for an ada shower chair and was told they dont have them. The property needs some attention. The men's pool bathroom was out of order and the women's smelled so gross. The pool light needs work. Just not a typical experience for our consistent Hampton stays. Pool and whirlpool hours 9-10 ( has a gate lock). Couple tables had umbrellas.
