Room was super clean, very friendly staff, absolutely no complaints
Horrendous kitchen staff. Saw a blonde lady and African male who were hotel staff yelling and being obnoxious towards a resident at breakfast.
Bathrooms have no fans in them, multiple people staying in the room, it can get stinky!
Just wanted to say Wade was really great. We booked with a service that popped up first on Google (paid over the phone) which charged us $250 for a room with park and ride service, and it turned out to be a scam where some third party books you a room through a third party but not the park service Wade was super patient explaining it to us and helping us figure it out. It definitely could've turned into a nightmare for us trying to figure things out right before our wedding so we extra appreciate how hard he worked to help u... read more
