I wanted to write this review just for Rania at the front desk. She greeted everyone wirh a big smile, provided excellent service and made me want to come back and stay here again. Thank you
Front desk Guy was so rude!!!! I asked him a question, and he would not speak. And another guest came in, and he was yelling at him and other guest because they didn’t understand his English… but it’s not anyone’s fault they can’t understand him. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE ! Never staying here again.
