The room was impressively clean considering that we booked a pet-friendly room. It didn’t have a smell, the carpet was clean and stain-free. Everything was in order. The hotel overall was beautiful and in a central location. Personable staff. I am very pleased and highly recommend.
I have mixed feelings about our stay. Service was great and rooms very clean but the ACs are old and extremely loud and the rooms were never cold as if the AC didn’t work properly even if I lowered the temp to minimum. Also, those swimming classes in the swimming pool? It prevented us from using the pool freely at the only time we actually had available to use them. It’s like you have to stay in one little corner not to interrupt. It makes the experience a little unpleasant.
