Very nice and quiet hotel.plenty of places to eat nearby.staff is very friendly
The layout was different than what we are used to. Room was clean, plenty of towels and wash cloths. Although we did not eat breakfast there the options are a little elevated from the other Hapton Inns we have stayed in.
I stayed on 4th floor it was so loud with 80 close and next to hospital that helo landed at 4 am right by hotel then took off 30 minutes later. Maybe staying low and in front would help mute everything
Stayed here with my family almost a week and the experience was great for the most part. The cleaning crew was very friendly and always helped when we asked for anything. The lady in the breakfast area was fantastic, very friendly and super attentive. Room 10/10 clean and comfortable Now, front desk staff, a whole different story, very unwelcoming since the moment we walked in which made our experience a bit unpleasant.
