I've stayed at this location a few times and each time the same woman at the front desk has greeted me with zero enthusiasm, not even a "hi, how can I help you?" She just walked up to front desk with no greeting and seemed very disinterested in what she was doing there. The rooms are nice but the staff needs some training in basic social etiquette, at least her, anyway.

The hotel itself is fine, the front staff was very professional and nice, but I am extremely disappointed in the pool. I called ahead to ask about the pool and hot tub specifically to make sure they would be open during renovations and was told they were. While they were both open, they neglected to mention that the pool gets used for swim lessons, which made the pool itself extremely difficult to use and the hot tub very crowded because no one could use the pool. This hotel was good. The rooms were a bit outdated and the bed was not very comfortable, but overall it was good. Breakfast was good and included. There are a lot of Truck Drivers that sleep here so you may hear trucks on and off.
