All of the staff were wonderful and super helpful. I just felt like we were over charged or the pricing for that weekend was way overpriced. During our stay, there is construction going on for an entire floor of the hotel meaning no customers could rent those rooms so I feel like the rest of us were overcharged to make up for that difference that they lost during their own construction.
I love all the streaming choices and the size of the TVs
Par for the course in terms of Hampton Inn hotels; we stay at a lot of them (this was stay number 23 of the year). New-ish feeling refresh; staff were great and rooms were fine. Plenty of parking, but it is STL so watch your things closely and be smart. Only real complaint is a result of something the hotel can’t easily fix: wood frame construction. Why is this an issue? Brett hosting the front desk took great care of us. Good service and friendly staff in all sectors keeping the rooms clean and the breakfast fresh. Mary and Gabriel both offered exceptional hospitality and gave great recommendations for dinner in town. Final note is there are plenty of surrounding amenities from grocery to entertainment all walkable.
