A reasonably priced hotel, my only technical concern is occasional noise due to passing guests in the hallways. The breakfast is satisfactory, with a consistent menu. There is a pool, but I did not swim in it. However, I observed people enjoying it. The hotel is ideally located for those seeking to immerse themselves in the Chesterfield Valley, as there are several new attractions in the nearby shops. The area offers a wide range of activities and attractions to suit various interests.
I prefer old school and like to call and reserve my room. When I asked for a 1st floor the team was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. I had a few issues with problems in the room. However, I reported it to the front desk to let them know the things that needed to be fixed. Nice rooms, quiet in spite of being very busy. Easily confused with the HI of the same name that is five miles away. Kudos to the guy serving breakfast. He was crushing it.
The rooms are not even sound minimizing. We stay here quite a bit for work and the staff is amazing. But every time we have stayed here, we can hear other guests arguing, or running up and down hallways after 10pm. The garden/ pool area is incredibly loud if you stay in that side.
I recently stayed at this hotel while in town for a travel sport event. It was clean, comfortable and easily accessible from the highway. It is surrounded by various food and retail establishments. The staff (especially Jerry & Karen) were very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend it and stay at it again.
