So I booked this room through Expedia going off the reviews on here but honestly I have a completely different opinion. Let’s start off by saying check in was fairly easy. The front desk person has some difficulty with my credit card which caused some delay but nothing crazy. He was a pretty nice guy so can’t really complain there. My family and I have stayed here a few times and I love this location. We either stay here or the drury downtown by the arch when we're in St Louis and this is a great option that is near forest park. We travel with our maltese and the hotel is pet friendly and there is a nice grassy area right outside. I also appreciate the option for early and late check in. Pésimo recibimiento al llegar. Si alguien no sabe atender a la gente no debería estar detrás de un mostrador. La localización? Hace falta el coche para todo, por lo que para mí ya no es buena. La habitación: Limpia y en general bastante bien. Precio: alto para lo que ofrecen.

The staff is so friendly!!!! Everyone was super helpful, from initial call to check-out! Great job to the whole staff, you guys did an amazing job! We arrived like, two hours early, and even after sampling the attached restaurant, we still had a bit of a wait for our rooms to be ready, but Nina hung out in the lobby with us, and helped me keep our kiddo entertained. Honestly, the hotel was the best part of this trip, and we will definitely be back.
