⸻ I knew right away that the front desk associate who checked me in on 9/15 around 9 pm did not seem to like me, even though we had never met before. The way he looked at me and spoke made it very clear. He assigned me to room 300, which turned out to be the farthest room from the elevator and closest to the highway. Because of the extreme highway noise, I couldn’t sleep until after 2 a.m., despite being extremely tired from a long trip with both flight and rental car issues.
