The room was so clean and comfortable. The Parking is $10 per day to keep your car safe and monitored and the indoor pool area was very nice. The staff was super sweet and gave great recommendations. Malissa and Jim were so patient and also helped me come up with a plan for my son and I to enjoy the city with the nasty weather that arrived when we checked in.
Great location if you're visiting the attractions around Forest Park. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. We had an issue with a reservation made through a third-party booking site after I accidentally booked the wrong dates. The staff went above and beyond to help fix the situation and made sure we were able to get into our room without getting double charged. Love this hotel. We stay once a month for nearby doctors visits. Great staff. Awesome breakfast. Nice pool with toys provided. Overall great place
