Special shout out to Malissa. She was extremely helpful in helping me switch to a different room when I arrived and my room smelled heavily of smoke. She was very friendly and very courteous. Very pleasant experience.
We stayed here with our dog and were surprised how good this hotel was. The rooms are clean and maybe renovated. They had parking lot with enough spots. It was snowing when we left and I was blown away to know that the manager was cleaning the snow of the cars in the parking to help the guest. The area felt safe overall. This is only 10 mins away from the arch!
