The front desk clerk was great when we checked it! She communicated well and followed through with her statements.
We have stayed here many times over the years. Always clean rooms, excellent service and Riley helped us when we were in a difficult situation. Thank you!
Rooms are good, staff is nice, breakfast good. My one complaint is on the 4th floor e.g 418 there is a deep droning / mechanical sound, maybe HVAC, that kicks on and lasts for what feels like hours. It’s hard to ignore when trying to sleep, even with ear plugs. I don’t know if anything can be done about it but just a heads up if you plan on staying here.
We’d been driving for hours, arriving at midnight, and were met with the kind and wonderful Danny. He made the whole stay worthwhile. I’m so glad we stopped at this Hilton!
