I stayed for 5 days last week and for a week back in 2019. The customer service was outstanding both times from the front desk to breakfast service. Two employees really went above and beyond last week.....Abigail working the front desk and Alisha taking care of all our breakfast needs. I have worked in hotels and restaurants since 1988 so I KNOW GREAT SERVICE. These two ladies ROCKED IT!!!!! Totally enjoyed staying here. Everything lovely including front desk check in and check out. Location could not be more perfect for beach access. Walked to Beaches Restaurant (about 8 blocks) and ate a yummy dinner on the patio on the marina waterfront.
As a Palatka man there's almost no reason to stay but anytime the hampton has availability, we stay they have the most outgoing smile driven team that you will run into ever staying in to saint augustine they absolutely love their job.And they make you love being there there dorothy always said there's no place like home well, this will always be our home away from home if you're on the fence you need to hop it, you're missing out!
A nice relaxing place to get away for the weekend. We loved the proximity to the beach and the near by shops. The view was so beautiful. I truly appreciated that the bedding was hypoallergenic and that dogs are allowed. The beach access was perfect and allowed dogs as well.
