This is a very nice hotel, we stayed a week, The rooms were very clean, the beach was just a 2 minute walk, the hotel rooms has balcony’s, breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was super friendly an very attentive, I definitely recommend this hotel if your in the st.Augustine Valeno beach area
This location was perfect for our trip. Right by Vilano Beach, across the road is a pizza place and a Publix. Half mile across is the pier and a delicious restaurant. Commute to St Augustine was easy from here. Would like to see another elevator installed. Current one is very slow. Pool area is kept very nice. We were not crazy about their breakfast but it was always packed. We will be back!
I'm not sure of the other reviews on here, but this was probably one of the best hotel experiences I've had, especially in Florida and my husband and I have traveled all over here. We stayed on a Tuesday and checked out Thursday. Hotel was very clean, room was very clean (3rd floor) with a great view. Seen many staff cleaning and maintenance out upkeeping everything. The room they gave us was dirty. Someone’s false eyelashes on the pillow, dog urine on the carpet (smelled and random wet spots on the floor), dirty shower. When we asked them to clean the room while we went to dinner we were told they had nobody to clean the room. The front desk tried to help by giving us new pillows. We will never stay here again. It was dirty.
