Nice quiet hotel stay..close to downtown..right across from the Hall of Fame.
8/30/25 Consistently above expectation, no complaints and the staff came thru with the extras towels and water. Always a pleasure for the price. 7/25 Priced right ,accommodating room space, clean and you get met with a water, a cookie and welcome note. Very classy touch. Recommend it as a great option for any one staying in the Springfield area. Pool and breakfast are delightful. Front desk clerk is very polite remembers guests for months and is a fine example of how customer service should be.
Everything was okay, nothing was amazing, nothing was bad. The rooms would be higher if they were fully clean. -The carpet had crumbs on it -there was a residue on the couch -there were fuzzies under the blankets -there was a opened peanut butter container on the headboard -the blanket was not made very nice appon entering -the shower had little hairs all over and the little shelf where the soap bar goes, wasn't cleaned all the way from the previous guest. . From check in they were all sweet. Breakfast was served until 8-10 I believe. And breakfast was different every morning. Our room was nice. The pool is clean and also enjoyable. Very clean. They also allow dogs for those who have a pet. Housekeeping was great. I really have no complaint about this place. My family enjoyed the stay! I’ll be back!!! I didn’t catch much pictures but I did add maybe 2 or 3.
Always have a Wonderful stay here! They are very accommodating and friendly!!
