Myleska at the front desk was incredible. She was able to get us in early so I could have a space for a last second interview that I ended up being scheduled after I had booked my getaway. I cant thank her enough, and everyone at the hotel was great.

We stayed here recently with extended family, and check-in was smooth the front desk staff were kind and professional. Our relatives' rooms (316 and 219) were bright, clean, and welcoming, complete with a nice kitchenette and a small welcome treat. Our ADA room, unfortunately, needed more attention. They offered guest laundry. However, the washer is pretty dirty with all the mold smell and stains. I talked to the front desk and a customer relations person, however, nothing got cleaned the next day. I talked to the front desk again (same person as the previous day) and she said oh yeah she did see a note on it. No one really looked into the issue at all. No one does the job. If an issue gets reported to two different people and still no one even touch it, it is pretty bad management.

Im here now and can’t sleep because of the constant noise coming from the toilet and condensation around the toilet bowl. I called the front desk earlier about it and was provided extra towels. The hotel and staff are nice but this toilet issue is driving me nuts. I can’t wait to leave and go home to my quiet bathroom.
