Awesome place, awesome staff. The staff alone convinced me to make stay here again. When I stayed the second time it was just as great of an experience as the first. I like the location, not directly in the middle of everything Spokane, however easy to get to everything if willing to drive
I attended two separate classes held here, and it's a great facility! There's ample parking, the staff was friendly, and it is very clean.
We stayed in Spokane for just one night but received exceptional service. On arrival we were checked in by Aaron & Hannah who went over and above to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The rooms were superb, incredibly comfortable and breakfast excellent too. Cannot recommend highly enough if you are visiting the area - thank you!
We stayed here three nights ago on our trip for a family wedding. I left my personal pillow in the room and called the hotel and the manager answered. Heather was very accommodating and made sure our pillow was in our new room when we returned. Very pleased with exceptional personal service.
Decent place, just a bit expensive compared to surrounding hotels.
