Zero out of 10 — do NOT stay in Room 126. I checked in late and was placed in Room 126, which I later discovered shares a wall with the kitchen. By 4:00 AM, the banging, clattering, and nonstop noise started. It sounded like a construction site mixed with a breakfast rush, and sleep was absolutely impossible. When I brought the issue forward, there was zero apology and zero effort to make it right.
