I’m sorry to report that my favorite place to stay has really gone downhill so I’m afraid to stay there anymore. So sad!
The staff were all so nice and friendly. Rooms could use some refreshing. The chair in our room was covered with stains. Bathroom was clean. Although out of shampoo, but when desk was notified it was readily replaced. Breakfast was "ok". The oatmeal was rock hard everyday. I didnt try the eggs. I would stay there again!
Clean and everything is in proper order. The staff is professional and friendly.
During our stay last week, I reserved and paid for a room designated for individuals with disabilities, but the provided facilities did not meet the expected specifications. Specifically, the room lacked a handicap-accessible toilet, and instead, a raised toilet seat was provided. We found this arrangement to be less than ideal from a hygiene perspective.
