First, I’m a ‘hotel snob’. I only like the upper echelon hotels. This hotel shocked me at to how nice it was. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I was very impressed. The only drawback was the breakfast. Nothing impressive there! With that being said, I will be making this my ‘go to’ hotel next time I’m in Sioux City.
Good, clean hotel in safe area. Dog friendly (though there's a fee). Good, basic breakfast.

Great hotel, reasonably priced, very friendly staff, water and coffee 24/7. Rooms have: bathroom amenities, air dryer, fridge, coffee maker and microwave, mine did include a sink in the "kitchen area". This hotel also had an Indoor pool with water slide, sadly no hot tub at this location. There was an exercise room. Also had an outdoor seating area with a gas fire pit.
