Quite comfortable room with Great views. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk lady who checked us in was very pleasant and professional
🚨🚨🚨‼️ Extremely Disappointing Experience for a Frequent Business Guest I stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Dillon every other week for work and have always tried to give this place a fair chance, but the experience has gone downhill. The Peloton bike and all gym Equipment in has been down for months. It’s an easy fix — all they need to do is call Peloton customer service to reconnect the Wi-Fi for the bike and reconnect the other equipment — yet they refuse to handle such a simple task. Beware you will be charged for parking although it was not listed in my pre booked rate or mentioned at check in. They didn’t ask for a license plate number or even if I had a car. When I called later to inquire I was rudely told it’s listed under amenities deep in the website and they’ve done it for 5 years. I find this very slimy since there is no shortage of parking and it’s not in a city. Hot water for drinks was barely warm both nights.
