Amazing greeting from John at the front desk. Fantastic check in experience. Overall a very clean hotel (community restrooms on first floor could use some work) and the breakfast was very good. I wanted to stop by the front desk to let them know about the slow drain in our room's sink upon checkout, but no one was there.
Gold member. Had to ask for our goodies. Didn't get water. Didn't read the amenities before reserving. Used points for this stay. Was charged $12.00 plus tax for parking. FOR PARKING!! Hotel is located on Interstate 70 which is not a toll road. They charge for PARKING!! Will look elsewhere for a hilton hotel that does not charge for PARKING. The room was excellent.
Stayed here for one night while visiting the area. Check in was quick and easy. The staff were all pretty amazing and helpful. Because we arrived late, parking was a little scarce and trucks were taking up double spots. We were able to find a spot in the far back lot. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was your standard Hampton Inn spread that includes many options. We went for a short walk and found the Blue River Trail for walking! Very neat walk and just to the west of the hotel. We would stay here again!
