The suite is spacious. However the fan could be turned off and made half of the room so cold in winter.
Clean, comfortable rooms... friendly staff April 2026, been updated, beautiful decor, very comfortable...still superior customer service and front desk staff... highly recommended!
This is my go-to hotel in the area. I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years and have never had a major issue. Great location, right off i70 so it’s an easy drive to any number of resorts. Staff is friendly. The pool and hot were out of commission on my most recent trip. Didn’t bother me but i could see people being unhappy with that. On this recent trip the hotel looked a little rough around the edges but they had a huge roll of new carpet in one of the hallways so at least they are doing something about it.
We've stayed here a few times now in the winter, and it's a great base for mountain activities. Always clean and quiet with friendly staff and classic Hampton Inn hot breakfast. This latest stay the pool and hot tub were down, a slight bummer, but the hotel reimbursed us for daily visits to the Silverthorne rec center. Although less convenient, the rec center has an amazing family friendly pool area and large hot tub so we weren't too upset with the alternative. Great views from our room. I'm sure we'll be back yet again!
Great staff. Unfortunately I stayed two separate night over the course of two weeks and the pool/hot tub was down both times.
