Perfectly perfect! Nothing else needs said. I stayed here for 40 days so I would know if there was something negative.
I am writing this review a good 7 years after my stay. Why? Well I want to try to turn a wrong into a right. Long story short, my wife stayed here and they ran out of the type of room we had reserved in advance. Instead of being mature, I had a fit like an entitled baby, and threatened to leave a bad review (I wound up not leaving any review at all). Customer service does not exist. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk to greet me. I could see two young people in the other room who were talking and leaning back on their office chair. Even though one of them looked right at me, there was no hurry to come to the front desk. After waiting awhile one of them got up and came to the front desk.The front desk staff wears a face diaper and was young, rude and condescending. John at the front desk was so accommodating after I had booked our room incorrectly. He booked us a new room and helped with the cancellation, making a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for great customer service!
