⭐ 1/5 I rarely leave a review this negative, but this stay warrants one. I reserved and paid for a room with TWO queen beds for THREE guests months in advance. When we arrived, the hotel did not have the room type we reserved. Instead, we were placed in a “studio” with ONE king bed and a pullout sofa, which was presented as an “upgrade.” You know to make the mistake sound better haha It was not an upgrade. Everything was great. Worth every star. The room was clean, fresh, nothing was broken or falling apart. The bed linen was clean and fluffy. TV had my name on the screen when I turned it on. We felt so special. Just a quick fyi, if you book through a 3rd party like Booking.com or Kayak.com you still have to let the hotel know you are traveling with a pet, it does not carry over. Tiffany the housekeeper is so awesome and cleans the rooms very well! We were comfortable and really appreciated how she actually cared that our room would be freshly done and sanitized.
Love how close to everything this hotel is.
I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE STAFF AT THIS HOTEL!! VERY NICE. VERY FRIENDLY. The kind of hotel I like my family to visit. Thank all of you!!!
