Great, unbelievable, super customer service! Cassidy and Jennifer at the front desk and manager Randy were the definition of great customer service. The fault on the phone for me with Hotels.com and Expedia for 3 and a half hours when the app changed my dates to a week later than my stay. They eventually got it worked out and got me a room for the night. I will be staying here when I'm in Shreveport again.
We stayed there from Thursday through Sunday. They only clean the room every other day. Ou room was cleaned but our bed was never made up. The staff was excellent.
