I'm not sure what was going on at this hotel, but there were a ton of stains all over the room. The screen that provides privacy was stained with, something, and then the shower curtain was pretty nasty as well as if it hasn't been washed in weeks. THe biggest issue was I believe this hotel has a huge MOLD problem. Rooms were VERY DIRTY to top it off, they haven't refunded our incident fee.
What can say aside from some of the best customer service that I've experienced at a Hampton Inn abd being a Hikton Honors Gokd member. Kerp up the great work, Crystal! I appreciated the complimentary free drying for laundry I had to do at last minute! Decent, clean rooms and beds are here as well as a filling breakfast every morning along with healthier options up the stree on Airline.
