We stayed here while in town for a surgery and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Our first room had issues with the AC, which I mentioned via text reply to a check-in survey, and within 5 minutes Sammy Lee (a front desk employee) had replied with a solution. She was kind enough to switch our rooms, offered to move our things for us while I was at the hospital waiting on my husband’s procedure, and even sent me back to the hospital with some complimentary snacks and a water bottle. This Hampton Inn was a definite improvement over the last few. Friendly staff, engaged management, concerned about how they are presenting their hotel. Enjoyed our stay. The pool was sparkling.
I have stayed here twice now and each time Sammy Lee at the front desk has been a huge help! My travel never ends up being simple but Sammy Lee has made it easier, been friendly, and very attentive to everything we have needed. Thank you!
