Very helpful staff Room is very nice
comfortable rooms. nice breakfast available for free. easy to access and close to freeways. management is friendly and helpful.
The King Studio Suite was large and cozy. I accidentally forgot an item in the room after leaving back up north, but housekeeping found it and kept it in the office. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff welcoming.
8/15/25: They take care of me everytime I've visited since mid summer 2023. Come pay them a visit. Update 6/18/23: Stayed as I normally do when I make my trips to visit my family in San Antonio the weekend of June 16th-18th, but this particular time there was a light bulb out in my room. I alerted the front desk and was told by the front desk clerk that "she couldn't just give me a light bulb for the room and needed to put in a service request order".
