I've stayed at a lot of Hampton inns and this one was a very nice one to stay at. There's a gentleman who works at the front desk who was super friendly and helpful when my family checked in. I wish I remembered his name so I could add it to this review. He greeted us every morning and remembered we were there for vacation and asked my family what we were doing for the day. I've stayed at the Hampton Inn in Dallas where the service was so professional, I was willing give San Antonio a try. One thing is clear, there's a stark contrast between quality and service. Since the Hampton Inn in Dallas is newer, I'm not going to compare the facility and the rooms. The one thing both hotels had in common is the uncomfortable beds. It's too hard for me.
