$370 false smoking charge I’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn Scottsdale many times, but they hit me with a $370 charge saying I smoked in the room — I don’t even smoke. I was promised call-backs from managers that never happened, and they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. Extremely unprofessional. Has anyone else dealt with this?
This was my second time staying at this property. They had water pressure problems last time and again this time. The showers weren't working properly and eventually the water was shut off. All this was happening the morning I was checking out. I was not able to shower. I will not be staying here again due to their water issues.
Typical great Hampton Inn experience. Nice western motif.
Big rooms. Clean hotel. Breakfast isn't bad at all. Walking distance to Talking Stick and Top Golf.
