Great hotel close to Great Wolf Lodge, super clean rooms, ample paid $15 parking lot. Providing complimentary breakfast for all guests, a 24 hours small business center for all your printing needs, gym and pool. The employees are AMAZING specifically Micsha, she was the highlight of the stay, super friendly, great conversation, funny and elegantly beautiful. I am a Titanium member at Marriott, lowly Gold at Hilton but I was treated here like I was visiting royalty and that was hospitality and customer service at its best!
Is a good hotel in general, the rooms are clean, a little dated and the mattress is a rock, but it has all the necessities you would need (mini fridge, microwave, desk…) The personal on the other hand… every time I called the hotel the person on the phone was very quick to dispatch me and unwittingly to help, even when I checked out the lady on the counter looked annoyed ☹️ if you don’t mind that you are good, is sad because is such a nice location with a good view
Perfection is right here!! If you want the best rooms and the best service and the best value, don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Stayed for a couple nights during the weekend... My room was spacious and super clean! Water/Shower pressure was great! Bed was comfy and super LARGE. Lots of closet space for my clothes. Ice machine works great...Very little noise... Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was filling with lots of choices. Well worth the money and will stay again.
