Absolutely awesome
Shame, I didn't get her name! Saturday afternoon hotel clerk was amazing. She was so kind and helpful in getting a room reservation for our daughter and grandkids. Our daughter said that when she showed up for check-in, the clerk was very accommodating and kind. We went through a fiasco with another hotel prior to reserving at the Hampton. The Hampton clerk saved the day, literally. We live out of state so when the grandbabies call and want to go swimming the best we can do is a hotel with a pool reservation. Easy, right? We were welcomed upon arrival and felt comfortable the entire stay. We stayed on the 1st floor and enjoyed our stay.
Great all around. Best place to stay in Scottsbluff.
Good clean room and friendly staff. Conveniently located, but rooms were quiet. The breakfast crew were all super friendly and helpful.
