Amazing experience from the moment we stepped in! The hotel looked and smelled refreshing and welcoming. We arrived really early and they were willing to let us keep our luggage in the office until our room was ready. We stayed in the lobby with some of our teammates and the representative said another room was available now if we were willing to accept a different room than we selected online - same number of beds and same floor, just different room! Juan, Jonathan and Owen at front desk are so helpful and kind!!! Housekeeping are doing great job on keeping everything immaculate!! As a HH Diamond member I couldn’t say anything but good things about this Hotel..
The whole team was great of of the best Hampton inn I’ve been in very clean but specially on of the service clerks was great very helpful and professional. Totally recommend this hotel specially when they employ people like Georgia great work!!
