Worst hotel pretty sure room 423 has bugs or something in it. I would never stay here again.
I had a good experience staying here. From the moment I checked in, Roanie and Kemarie were there to help, and they were both incredibly kind and knowledgeable. There was a small hiccup with my booking not showing up at first, but Roanie was very knowledgeable and sorted it out right away. Roanie even offered me water after finding out I had spent the whole day at the airport, which was such a thoughtful touch and honestly meant a lot in that moment. Racism is the biggest problem with this place. From the time I checked in. I recieved stares and then they wanted us to leave after 3 days with no proof. I politely left because I was uncomfortable there anyway. If u are of color. Be ware. I was given nothing but a bunch of lies as to the reason we had to leave. Manager was rude and very disrespectful. Save your money. Find a place that’s worth it.
Wonderful staff, clean, quiet, and comfortable room, and tasty breakfast. My son and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!
