If we could leave negative stars we would. The girl working the front desk was nasty and rude to myself and kids. She has some emotional attachment to the towels and when you ask for extra because there's only 2 in the room and there's 4 of us, she cusses you out and tells you to leave. There was no manager on site. I would love if they reviewed security footage and saw how she treats people. No one is stealing your thin towels. My wife stayed there for one night prior to having to go to the airport on Sunday morning. We told the people at the front desk that my wife has some medical issues but she would be fine to be by herself in the room. This morning she checked out around 5:30 AM. Shortly thereafter, I received an email reflecting that she had checked out with no additional charges. Then at 10:30 AM, I noticed that I was charged an additional $145 for cleaning. Mala experiencia en este Hotel Hampton, no funciona las llaves de las habitaciones, había que esperar a que abrieran cada puerta de cada huésped 🤬 , el desayuno el staff dijo se acabó los huevos ya no tenemos más en la cocina y así cada día , súper mala atención! ‼️ Según había parrillera en área de la piscina, fotos engañosas en su publicación , para poder entrar a la habitación la solución fue dejar un secador de pelo !

Nobody at the front desk half the time. so when I found old rotting food stuffed behind my fridge, I had to clean it myself. Also more importantly, BEWARE. My friend swiped his card at check-in only to split the room fee. He did not book the room and never signed an incidental waiver. The hotel kept his card information without his permission and ran unauthorized charges for maintenance fees days later. Check your statements very closely if you stay here. Only upside was good housekeeping
