Excellent location.. clean and quiet.. YAZ is amazing, she knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all our questions.. breakfast room is what i expect from the hampton inn's... great stay .. would definitely stay here again.. and did i mention how great YAZ was... didnt hear the planes with a/c on .. was greated as honors member... also i love the waffle machines ..

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that the rooms could be a little more sound proof. We was woken up by kids screaming in the halls and someone filling up a cooler with ice from the ice machine.

This is a re-write of a previous review, where I mentioned a noise issue that I didn't think was properly addressed. In fairness that was a small issue, and I should base my review on the totality of my stay. The reality is that this is an outstanding hotel. The staff, rooms, and breakfast offerings deserve an A+ grade. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I spent two days there I checked and realized I forgot to add my points to my account call customer service. They said my points were added onto another account. I asked what account they were added to. They would not say I have no other account I demanded to know if the front desk put my points into one of their accounts. All of a sudden I have the screenshots.
