While staying at this Hotel my bicycle was stolen. It was locked inside my truck. I found out from the Santa Maria Police Dept. when I call them to file a report that they are called to this Hotel often. There is a homless camp down in the river bed down the street. I believe the hotel should have let me no of this and I would have brought the bike inside. The staff was not helpful at all. The parking lot is not patrolled. Building is newer about 5 to 6 years old. Breakfast for what it is was better than others. They charge $10. A night for parking, a ripoff in my view.

It is very challenging to fully describe the amazing stay I had. From the late night check-in with the superb night desk clerk, Tori, to the late departure, this hotel is superb. Maid service was consistently excellent, pool and gym were clean and always ready for use, and the morning waffles were delicious. Do yourself a favor. My husband’s family lives in Santa Maria. We were excited to visit them during our anniversary weekend come February. And very excited to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately we have to push our trip to end of February/early March, because my cousin tragically passed away in a fatal car accident and we now have to attend a funeral that week.
