サンフランシスコ国際空港から近い場所にあるホテルです。初めて利用しました。 部屋は清潔でとても広かったです。残念ながら、バスタブがなかったものの、シャワールームも広々としていました。 朝食ビュッフェは種類こそ多くないものの、食事のスペースが広く、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。 ホテル自体が大きく客室も多いので、エレベーターから一番遠い部屋となった私にとっては健康的に歩く環境を与えてもらいました(笑) レセプションのスタッフには、非常に丁寧に応対してもらいました。 短い滞在でしたが、満足度の高い滞在となりました。

Let me tell you first of all I had so much fun at San Francisco much needed if anything stay at this hotel amazing people amazing food great hospitality. Everything was clean and neat. Everything was perfect. I highly recommended. I gave this place 20 stars.

Absolutely terrible experience here because of rude front desk person “Joscelyn”. It was a hot summer day, I asked for water bottle because their water fountain DOES NOT work. She goes in a very rude and disrespectful tone “what’s your room number, we only give one time free water bottle”. Every Hilton we go to including New York one’s give two free water bottles each day. We always come here for a week or two week stay for work, but this is last time. Never again.
