Me and my family feel ill after staying there for one night. I don't know if there's mold or what. The service was good, breakfast was good, other than that.. not happy about paying 600 for two rooms one night.
The room smelled like sweaty feet and when we spoke to the desk, they did nothing.
An absolute dump... Every door in this hotel makes a squeaking or cracking sound. Door to get in and out of the hotel, make noice. Half of facilities don't work, working ice maker only on 3rd floor. The elevator takes for ever. Not enough parking and they charge. Park on the street. With all that been said, if you are here just to go to the beach? It'll do.
The only good thing about this hotel was it being less the 10 minutes from the beach. Staff was rude. Tried to check in at 1pm, I understand actual check is not until 3pm, room wasnt ready, the guy said to come back in about an hour and it would be ready. Got back at 530 to check in and the room we were getting was with no a/c when it's 80 degrees outside. Worst hotel experience we have ever had. We booked a 1-night stay through Expedia and paid an already too expensive $320 for a suite with a king bed. When we arrived to check in, we were told our room did not have working A/C and that we could not move rooms because the hotel was full. (If you look at reviews from ~a month ago you’ll see comments about A/C, which tells me they knew this would happen and instead of alerting their guests ahead of time of the inconvenience, they let people check in and blindsided them.)
