Stayed here one night when we were evacuated from another location due to a possible tsunami. They were very friendly and accommodated us in the short time span. I wished it was cheaper with funds being tight from being evacuated but I appreciate the fact we had some place to lay our heads. There is additional fee for parking and the parking is super tight, inside and outside of the garage. The room was very spacious and the beds are comfortable. They put us in rooms with no AC, very old hotel, General Manager tried to double charge us for our rooms, she was very rude. I would NEVER stay here again. I wish I could give them a “0” review.
If I could give this location zero stars I would! Do not stay here!! Their service is horrible and the manager does nothing to resolve bad situations. We are HiltonHonors members; booked this hotel in January for a family wedding. Upon arrival in July , they proceed to tell me our room has no air and they put a portable AC unit in it—room was humid and like a 100 degrees. Disgusting rooms and disgusting staff. This should not be listed as a hotel. Bed bugs, mold, run down, BAD service. Don't stay here. No a/c in the room and they gave us a whole 25% discount on one night! Also looks like this was last renovated in 2001. So bad. And I stayed here with my family, so they had to stay in these conditions. Will be reporting this company to consumer affairs for not closing down rooms while there is no air conditioning.
