Incredible, kind, and skilled staff. Very nice clean hotel and lobby. Breakfast lady was very hard working and keeping the place tidy and shiny. Reception staffs (Pipasya) were very understanding, helpful, offering advise about local places, and generous. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended!
Awesome place, awesome customer service
The building is extremely outdated. I hope they update it soon. The staff is EXCELLENT. so nice and shard working. Location is supreme. Breakfast is good in the morning. Coffee is great.
My wife and I booked a room here because it was recommended based on proximity to a wedding venue within walking distance. We walked into the lobby just before 3:00pm and there were several very upset people waiting for rooms to be ready. Also, the AC was out in nearly every room. They said it would be 10-15 mins until our room was ready. I went to the third floor, we were given room 320, and there were two people, a man and a woman cleaning the room by the elevator.
