I was really disappointed with my stay. For some reason every female working at the front desk was incredibly rude and came across as dismissive rather than welcoming. Customer service sets the tone for a hotel experience, and unfortunately, this was a poor first impression. WE WALKED IN AND THEY HAD THEIR HEADS DOWN LOOKING AT THEIR PHONES/COMPUTER EVEN WHEN WE WALKED UP TO THE COUNTER THEY DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE US. No. In all my years of reviewing I have never ever been more enraged in my entire life. We try to check in at 1 before the beach, oh sorry were to busy booked, she didn’t even look in the system? Furthermore when we did pull in later she said my ID height did not match my body? How is that even possible, she pulled out a tape measure to just be wrong. you would expect for such a nice area, this would be a nice hotel. wrong! we had to wait 30 minutes to check until our hotel cause the computer wasnt working. the elevator has paper cut out as circles for the numbers. part of the bathroom door was literally gone, and doors wouldn't shut. also, the shower started flooding. not to mention how loud it was at night, you could literally hear all the cars passing by and honking.
