Can’t express enough how kind everyone was! Ashley Johnson, Chris, and another gentleman (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) were so helpful! Great view, great staff, and a clean room. Also plenty of walkable late night spots near by. Will absolutely be staying here again next time I’m in town!
Very disappointing experience. The hotel was dirty and did not feel well maintained. The food was terrible, and the rooms were extremely noisy. We couldn’t sleep because kids in the room next door were screaming and yelling around 2 AM. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff we interacted with were very rude and unprofessional, which made the stay even more unpleasant. For a Hampton in such a prime River Walk location, I expected much better cleanliness, service, comfort, and overall quality. Definitely not worth what... read more
