Planned a stay here for grandsons birthday with my daughter, Keowieh. Plans got canceled because we lost my sister on Wednesday night. Got a hold of motel on Thursday. 72 hr notice and they would not honor refund or even allow us to postpone to another weekend. They really need that money? Our family is going through a difficult time and manager just hung up. Rude staff!

My girlfriend and I booked a room here in advance on September 20th for a vacation. It had a king size bed, wet bar, and looked nice and spacious online. We arrived today, checked in, walked into our room and were both confused. We walked into a small room with 2 full/queen mattresses and no bar. We went back to the front desk and were told that there was a maintenance issue with the room we requested. Then we were told there were no rooms with king size beds available. Beware of valet company - 3rd party company. Good experience until time of departure. I had issue with damaged key fob. I contacted Sherry, hotel manager, and was told “my hands are tied”. I am still waiting on call from PCM valet company to rectify my situation.
