I was in town for a Airforce BMT graduation and the staff was absolutely amazing, the rooms were clean, and the location is great with several eating options within walking distance. And did I mention the staff was amazing? Front desk, valet, house keeping, ALL of Them!!! Will definitely be back!

The room was not clean upon our arrival and was only serviced once during our entire stay, which was disappointing. However, the most concerning issue was with billing. I strongly recommend that guests carefully review their receipts and monitor the credit card used for payment. A week after checking out, I was charged an additional fee without any explanation. Hands Down the cleanest and friendliest luxurious Hamptons! Front desk was friendly, so was vallet! The location is close to the alamo and everything else is walking distance.

Clean rooms. Double queen bunk bed room is great for families or bigger groups. Only con with that is it is hard to see the TV. Beds-the actual beds were comfortable. The bedding was annoying. It was a flat sheet, a thin comforter/bed skirt looking thing with a very bumpy half duvet on top. It was uncomfortable as the pieces came a part every time we slept,especially if there were 2 in a bed.Also check the mini fridge before putting food in there. Our fridge was not actually cold which we didn't notice until it was too late ... read more
