It was great. Just needed a 5 star handicap shower chair
Unbelievable, I just went to the front desk because the shower faucet is loose and we wont be able to open it and they dont have anyone on call to fix it until tomorrow.
Hotel Is very clean and easy access
When I approached the front desk employee deisy I said good afternoon. She never replied back then I said I have a reservation she asked my name and an ID. I provided that she next said put your form of payment into the machine. I stayed quiet the whole interaction. She checked me in gave me my card for my room. Placed my ID on the counter and that was it. I then asked her looking at my cards I’m in room ###? She said yes and that was it. Never said enjoy your stay or breakfast is served at certain hour.
