Services they are all very nice and friendly. Room and hotel smell good and clean! Breakfast delicious. Overall will come back.
Stayed in room 420. The room was ok and the AC worked great. Breakfast was amazing and the reception lady was nice friendly and helpful. We share the same birth month and her birthday was a day before mine. The only complain I have was the bed, very uncomfortable, pillows suck and not enough plugs on the wall to plug electronics and the 1 they did have was very lose and wouldn't hold the charger. My recent stay in room 420 was mixed. While the front desk staff was very friendly and the food was excellent, the room's comfort was disappointing. The bed was unsupportive and led to back pain, and the pillows were flat, providing inadequate support. Additionally, there were not enough convenient power outlets near the bed. I appreciate the great food and friendly service, but I believe addressing the bedding and outlet issues would significantly improve the guest experience.
