I was very disappointed that after going through the steps of checking in online, I still had to stop at the front desk and check in again. "We only do manual check-in at this location." I was not recognized as a Honors member, much less as a diamond member. It seemed like an inconvenience to have guests here, but that could be from my annoyance at all of the conveniences I have as a diamond member made useless at this location. I am tagging it with my travel agency as "do not book again."
Worst Hampton I've ever been to and the only hotel I go to. Dirty carpets turn my feet black and my husband's socks. That's just I thing wrong.
The place needs a remodel badly. Lights not plugged in, worns carpet, chipped paint. The people working there were great, but the hotel is worn down. Breakfast was ok.
