Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! We had an awful stay at this hotel. The moment we entered the room, there was a strong humidity odor. The couch was dirty and torn, and we only received two hand towels for three people. There were no extra sheets for our son. When we asked to change rooms, the night receptionist (a man with long curly hair) completely dismissed our concerns and didn’t even bother to check the room. The pool was also dirty and very cold.
