From start to finish the service was not met with a smile or much eye contact and robotic voice patterns as if they were just going through the motions. They didn't want to check my ID to use my card, they charge for parking to stay with them which you don't get back, breakfast is lack luster considering it should be better than a holiday Inn, but it's not.
