I'm just finishing up a work/pleasure trip. What's not to like? The room was very comfortable. The entire hotel is clean. The breakfast was quite good. The workout room gets the job done. Perhaps what stands out the most is that the breakfast staff every morning (and staff all around) was so genuinely friendly and accommodating. Thanks for making my first trip to Oregon so pleasant.
8-28-25 update. I have stayed at Saint Regis and other top-of-the-line hotels, you just don’t get better service than what they’re providing here. Fives stars across the board. You really couldn’t get better accommodations or service from every department here now that they’ve been operating for more than a year. Stayed here during our return road trip from San Hose to Seattle, after visiting Crater Lake in the afternoon. The facility was amazingly satisfying. Had a deep and sound sleep. And the breakfast was great too. Returned the extra pet fee once after communication. Hampton Inn & Suites of Hilton is always reliable and friendly.
