Cory at the desk was rude and condescending. Check the reviews about other examples of poor service, ownership should turnover management and start focusing on service. Hotel is over priced.

Cory at the front desk chose to not be helpful and also chose to be condescending during the process. It’s sad when people choose to be unhelpful and “put out” to do their job. Very disappointing

This hotel use to be a an awesome hotel. The staff has changed in the last 6 years. The manager Jennifer is horrible along with a few of her front desk customers. Please be mindful when you booked this hotel to check your bed lining for blood, dirt and anything that could carry bacteria or germs that could be potentially harmful to your health. The TVs doesn’t work properly and the toilets in several rooms was overflowing. We were sent dirty plungers to fix the toilets. The staff only take notes about your complaints but not... read more

The room at the end of the hall is very close to a busy road. Lots of noise most of the night. Front desk is very friendly. Cost was inflated during my stay due to a big tennis tournament so your timing is important for a good value. In the end, I would not stay at this location again
