The rooms were really nice plus they had a tv and it said the name of the person who got the room on it. It said hello and then my name. That’s cool.
Clean, good staff, quiet and private. The prices, however, do not match the amenities. Breakfast is not for people with food allergies and they're trying to lean into digital cost cutting.
Horrible experience! My son wanted to swim for his birthday so I booked a room. Not only was the indoor pool PACKED and FRIGID cold because they had the heaters off but on top of that the girl Emily at the front desk neglectfully charged me over $200 more!! It was held out of my account for over a week and I had to call them and my bank every single day! Over $500 for ONE night at a hotel that is mediocre at best! 2 star reasons: This place is expensive for a Hampton Inn. Also, the app tried to charge me $45 more per night for any of the rooms, on any floor, on the side of the hotel with the "city view" away from the traffic side (which is not that great). This was on top of their already very high pricing. However, the rooms are nice, the hotel is very clean and the employees are very nice.
