Very clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful! I've stayed at alot of hotels at this price range and this one wins best in class!! Also, great location as it is a very short walk to downtown restaurants!!
The front desk staff is so helpful and friendly... hotel is clean and comfortable. Great location! The walk to all of the restaurants and shops downtown is safe and beautiful! Everytime we visit Rome this is where we will stay!
Worst value of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This is not a “4 star hotel,” like they pretend to be. They’re charging ~$200 a night for a $110 room. I’m Hilton Diamond and literally stayed at the Waldorf-Astoria in Atlanta for the same price!
